Skyler Labs provides a portfolio of AI-powered products and services, including but not limited to Yumz, Zim, Vector, Signal, and Preflight. Each product operates under its own applicable terms and conditions. Where a product has separate product-specific terms, those take precedence for that product.
Some products require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or use of your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our products and services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Skyler Labs intellectual property without prior written consent.
Certain products or features may be subject to fees. All fees are as published or communicated to you at the time of purchase or subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Payment terms are as specified at point of purchase.
Our products may integrate with or reference third-party services, APIs, platforms, or external links (including Travelpayouts, Stripe, social media platforms, and other providers). Skyler Labs does not control and is not responsible for the practices, privacy, or content of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. ANY DECISIONS MADE USING OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKYLER LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyler Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of our products and services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of our products after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any product or service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the product or service will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
